How to Make Idly
- Grease the idly moulds lightly with oil.
- Pour the batter into the moulds.
- Steam for about 10–12 minutes.
- Let it cool for a minute, then remove and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
How to Make Dosa
How to Make Dosa
- Pour required batter into a
bowl, add salt and water as needed and mix it well. - Heat a dosa tawa on medium flame.
- Pour a ladle of batter and spread it in a circular motion.
- Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges.
- Cook till golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
